CASE HIGHLIGHT

• Filing a lawsuit against The Governor of the Province of Central Java disputing the environment permit issued for a cement company;
• Defending clients in various employment dispute-settling channels (whether in tripartite or in adjudication process);
• Filing a lawsuit against The Attorney General Office contesting the BLBI’s asset confiscation;
• Representing The General Election Supervisory Body of The Republic of Indonesia in election disputes.

VITA

Asep has successively been appointed as an Expert Associate for The Election Oversight Body. His working scope has been concerning advocacy to defend the Body against the incoming cases. Accordingly, litigation is his real palate.

He once led the Labor Division under a legal aid institute allowing him comprehend balanced interests between corporation and employment.
